It’s a Chardonnay with great energy and complexity - exactly what you want from a good white Burgundy.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\"\u003eLaurent ages the wine in a combination of 20% new and 80% old oak barrels.
